From the bus station turn left and walk up Manvers Street
From the train station, come out of the exit and walk straight ahead, up Manvers Street.
Walk past Police Station, Car Park and South Parade
Then turn right into North Parade.
Follow this road down towards traffic lights, passing over river, with views downstream to Pulteney Bridge and across to Bath Abbey and Empire Hotel.
At lights cross road and turn right.
Take the second turning on your left.
Lynwood House will on your left after you turn the corner.
Go to the main entrance of the Bath Spa Train Station and jump into one of the taxis outside.
This should cost about £3.50 (depending on luggage, number of passengers etc.)
When you arrive, I will give you a map and show you the quickest walking route back into the city centre - it is just around the corner!
