From Bristol follow the A4, signed for Bath. This road will take you past Keynesham and through Saltford, before heading on towards Bath.
About 2 miles after Saltford you will come to a large roundabout. Go straight across and join the dual carriageway. Stay on dual carriageway, going through the traffic lights at the end, signed towards the A37. Do not bear off to the left before lights!
Stay on this road, following the signs for the A37 and local signs for A367, for 2 miles. Do not turn off this road.
You will pass a MacDonalds (on left), major traffic lights at Windsor Bridge, Wellsway Garage (left) and then more traffic lights by Sainsbury's Petrol Station (in front, to left).
After the Petrol Station you will go around a large roundabout with a white building in the centre (Helphire). Get in the lane marked A37, go around this building and continue on the Lower Bristol Road.
After you pass the ESSO Garage (on right) you will come to a junction with railway arches on you right. Get in right hand lane.
Go under railway arches, bearing left towards Warminter.
Follow this road round, with river on your left.
Take turning on right, by Avon Guest House, into Pulteney Gardens.
Lynwood House will on your left after you turn the corner.
