Kennet and Avon Canal at the end of Pulteney Gardens

Lynwood House is a relaxed and friendly guest house, owned and run by Christian and Rosalie McCabe. The guests' rooms are tastefully decorated and well furnished, each with tea / coffee making facilities and remote controlled colour television. En suite double, twin and family rooms are available - although reservations are recommended, particularly if you are planning to visit Bath at the weekend or during the busy Summer season.

Bathonians themselves, Christian and Rosalie aim to provide their guests with all the information they require, to ensure that their stay, in the City of Bath, is as pleasant and enjoyable as possible.

With a free map and a wide selection of leaflets and brochures, guests staying at Lynwood are able to discover as much, or as little, as they wish, of Bath's history and culture, museums, festivals and shows.

Lynwood House also has information on walking and driving tours of the area, including printed routes and, of course, details of all the best places to eat and drink!

Environmental Policy

At Lynwood House, we are committed to providing an excellent service for our guests of today, without compromising the environment of tomorrow.

We “reduce, reuse and recycle” wherever possible and strive to purchase our products from local producers and suppliers, in an attempt to support our local economy, reduce food miles and promote more sustainable tourism in Bath and beyond.
